The Opportunity

The Revenue Operations and Reporting Analyst role supports the financial and operational infrastructure of Velera’s go-to-market and proposal support teams. This position plays a key role gathering data for reporting, pricing support, CRM optimization, and proposal operations. The analyst will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Proposal teams to streamline processes, support pricing, and commission models as needed, and contribute to the continuous improvement of various revenue operations systems including Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, and billing systems.

Day in the Life

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports related to discounting, revenue performance, and benchmarking.
  • Build recurring and ad hoc financial reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.

Process Improvements & CRM

  • Partner to optimize Salesforce workflows and data integrity monitoring
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators and support automation initiatives and process documentation across revenue operations communicating business requirements and collaborating cross-functionally to align with the business.

Proposal Support Operations

  • Build pricing proposals as needed. Respond to internal requests (e.g., Darwin, PR Requests, or DealHub support). Partner for commission payout tracking

Proposal and Financial Model Development

  • Creation and maintenance of pricing and financial valuation models via DealHub CPQ.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associates degree with an emphasis in Business Administration/Economics, Accounting/Finance, IT or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Bachelors Degree in above disciplines preferred.
  • DealHub CPQ certified within 12 months of hire.
  • 3+ Years experience in Accounting/Financial Analysis
  • Experience with or portfolio work in dashboard development using Qlik, Salesforce CRM, or other business intelligence applications preferred.
  • DealHub CPQ administration and experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other integration point applications (e.g., Salesforce, DealHUB CPQ, IntelAgree CLM, billing platforms).

$86,300.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
