Position Brand Description:

The Operator Fill/Finish Operations will work in the Indianapolis Parenteral Manufacturing site where Parenteral products for domestic and international markets are manufactured and packaged. The primary purpose of the job is to manufacture, fill sterile products into syringes, inspect, and handle product.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

  • Adhere to Parenteral Plant safety policies and procedures, contribute to a safe work environment.
  • Setup and operate of both aseptic and non-aseptic processes.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure quality of product.
  • Document process steps on appropriate batch documentation
  • Adherence to standard operating procedures, current Good Manufacturing Practices, safety policies/procedures

Minimum Requirements:

  • Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.
  • Must pass a “fitness for duty” physical exam.
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail and a quality mindset.
  • Strong math skills
  • Basic computer skills, with capability to learn.
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work off-shifts.
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience working in an aseptic filling environment is required.
  • Experience working with RABS filler.

Additional Preferences:

  • Prior pharmaceutical background
  • Experience with GMPs

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Other Information:

  • Shift structure is 12-hour Night shift on a 3-2-2-3 schedule.
  • Overtime and holiday period work will be required.
  • Some of the products in Parenteral Operations are known allergens and consequently, a post offer allergy test may be required.
