Job Description

协助总经理全面管理SHE事务，以支持工厂达成无重大安全、健康、环境事件并满足法律法规和相关要求的目标，维护公司SHE MS体系的有效运行并推动持续改进，确保公司运行的法规符合性及无重大安全、健康和环境事件的发生，推动SHE各项指标的持续改善。

1. 组织开展SHE相关风险识别和评价，并建立和推动落实风险消控计划；
2. 跟踪SHE相关法律法规和政策的变化，及时进行内部沟通和推动其落实；
3. 根据SHE相关的法规、集团政策和标准要求，建立和完善SHE MS体系，以确保公司运行符合法规和集团要求；
4. 检查本单位的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议；
5. 组织和提供培训，确保员工具备岗位所需的SHE知识和能力，组织承包商/劳务人员入场培训及作业安全监管；
6. 制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为；
7. 根据集团和区域的指引，组织制定项目SHE目标指标及相关预算；
8. 负责与政府监管机构、利益相关方沟通与协调SHE相关事务；
9. 协助管理层定期组织开展SHE 委员会会议及跟进会议决议的执行；
10. 参与高风险作业的审批和督查，组织和参与SHE事故的调查和报告；
11. 参与承包商、劳务外包公司的考核和评价，参与招投标SHE相关评价；
12. 组织开展审核、检查和差距分析等，以确保SHE体系的有效运行和持续改善；
13. 负责SHE相关数据的处理、汇报和统计分析，发现问题并制定解决方案；
14. 推进工厂持续减碳行动及可持续发展相关项目的实施；
15. 组织制定各类应急预案，并定期组织开展预案的演练；
16. 推动集团内外适用的SHE最佳实践的实现；
17. 上级交办的其他相关事项。

Qualifications

安全/环境/化学/食品/机械等工程类专业本科或以上学历

在油脂生产、饲料加工、化工、食品加工等行业至少7年相关工作经验

精通 SHE 法律法规以及熟悉国际认证体系 ISO14001 和 ISO45001

具备工艺安全管理（PSM）基本知识和技能

具有国家注册安全工程师资质和/或同等国际认证资质

熟练的英语读、写和基本的听、说能力
