About this opportunity

We are now looking for an ICT Technical Product Manager for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Strong Authentication within SA Digital Workspace Client Solutions. The scope of this role is to manage the existing implementation of PKI & Strong Authentication services and spawn new offerings to customers considering uplift in security practices.!!

In this role you will work closely with the Strategic Product Manager, Service Manager and together handle the product development and roadmap.!! Other parts of your role; will be safeguarding and governing the product’s Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

What you will do

  • Define and drive PKI and Strong Auth’s technical roadmap and product strategy.
  • In depth development knowledge in PKI, HSM, MFA, Authentication methods, smart cards and the capability to integrate modern trends and security features into the existing solution.
  • Prepare product decisions and initiate execution of product development.
  • Lead initiatives aligned with the product roadmap and development.
  • Safeguard the product compliance, design, integrations, and architecture. And leading the Operational Readiness Assessment, IT Security Assessment, Privacy Assessment.
  • Document and maintain product information.

You will bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the PKI & MFA/Strong Auth field.
  • Domain Experience: ICT and IT. Consistent record of large-scale PKI in Enterprise environments.
  • Full grasp of cryptography and its protocols like X.509 standard, PKI, RSA, AES, SHA, SSL/TLS and general certificate management processes.
  • Solid understanding of User certificates for implementations like Citrix FAS, Certificate based authentication fulfilling MFA requirements.
  • Broad understanding of Cyber Security, Zero Trust & Passwordless.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory together with Legacy & modern modes of Authentication, Public Key Cryptography Standards (PKCS5, PKCS7, PKCS11, PKCS12, PKCS15), HSM (Entrust), OpenSSL.
  • Encryption Algorithms (RSA, DSA, ECDSA, DH, AES, DES, 3DES, Blowfish, CAST5, RC4, RC5, SHA1, SHA2, MD5, ECDH).
  • Good knowledge of Encryption Algorithms and protocols like CMP, CRL, OCSP, SCEP, LDAP, PGP, ACME, FIDO2.
  • Working knowledge of any certificate lifecycle manager, Cloud PKI, Blockchain, certificate for IoT Devices, code-signing.
