Orange International Networks Infrastructures & Services (OINIS) is a technical department that operates at an international level within the group. OINIS' main objective is to build, run, operate, and secure international networks, long-distance backbone, and IT infrastructures for the group.
The Network & Services Implementation (NSI) team, which is part of the Networks vertical within OINIS, is responsible for leading the implementation of network and services projects across all verticals transversally within the Europe region. European region consists of the "hybrid" teams, with unique mix of technical, business and financial expertise, taking full ownership of network infrastructure planning, deployment, management and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality service, profitability and competitiveness.
The NSI team manages and implements strategic plans including core network development, organic growth, lifecycle management, savings initiatives, rationalization and other projects.
Project Manager in Network & Services Implementation Europe (NSI EUR PM) is responsible to deliver projects within assigned scope, agreed deadlines and on budget. This position is a combination of project management as well as technical network deployment roles. Project management skills are essential to manage complex backbone infrastructure activities which involve many activities and stakeholders.
On the other hand the technical network deployment role require ‘hands on’ approach from the PM to directly implement backbone deployment tasks within the respective NSI country management scope.
Both roles directly contribute to region's implementation and migration project objectives. The focus is on efficient execution, delivering maximum benefits to Orange Business and value to customers, while emphasizing cost efficiency and a strong understanding of network technologies.
