Orange International Networks Infrastructures & Services (OINIS) is a technical department that operates at an international level within the group. OINIS' main objective is to build, run, operate, and secure international networks, long-distance backbone, and IT infrastructures for the group.

The Network & Services Implementation (NSI) team, which is part of the Networks vertical within OINIS, is responsible for leading the implementation of network and services projects across all verticals transversally within the Europe region.
