Location: Petaling Jaya #LI Hybrid

About the role:

The purpose of this role is to provide timely consultation and accurate solution on Hire to Retire processes. The incumbent should be agile in taking ownership for queries and be responsible for SLA and TAT fulfilment with 100% Quality. He / She will be the first and final point of contact for the customer. The role has full scope of HRM activities inclusive of OM, PA and PY Changes across the geographies to global customers

This role will work directly with H2R team and reports to H2R Services Manager

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide rapid, high quality and validated response/support to all HR related queries and requests
  • Take ownership for queries and be responsible for case opening and closing (end to end) and provide the first and final point of contact for the customer
  • Maintain P&O data changes or actions effective up to 10 associate per action/change
  • Call out requests that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate experts and own-up solutioning
  • Give to Knowledge Base for countries in scope by participating in forums
  • Maintain compliance in accordance with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation
  • Perform document management tasks related in Japan Operations
  • Assist in tracking service requests and troubleshoots – support the analysis of error messages and questions.
  • Perform user administration tasks (e.g., access management) & administrative tasks to facilitate the delivery and presentation of key data to supervisors.
  • Perform other tasks as designated by Line Manager with minimal supervision

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent with 1 plus years’ experience in a HR shared Services (or similar customer service organizations) preferably in larger global organizations.
  • Excellent English & Japanese spoken and written.
  • Experience in any of the HCMs (SAP or Workday) preferred
  • Exposure to SLA based working and email based/CRM based query handling
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Excel Proficiency
