Position Summary
The Manager of B2B Market Strategy & Competitive Intelligence is an instrumental role that’s part of the broader B2B commercialization team at CVS Pharmacy. In this role, you join a small center of excellence team and contribute to the team’s mission in creating win-win pharmacy services for CVS and our clients by creating best-in-case solutions and client experiences. You will have the exciting chance to evaluate early-stage opportunities, write business cases, and conduct quantitative and qualitative customer, market, and competitor research to help inform B2B market strategy.
You will execute on key tasks and be a valuable thought partner on strategy projects ranging from short sprints on certain subjects or in response to leadership asks to long-term cross-functional engagements with other teams. You will report to the Senior Manager of B2B Market Strategy & Competitive Intelligence and work closely with the Director and other leadership across the team. As a key contributor to the team, you will lead analytical exercises, business opportunity sizing, secondary and primary research, and slide-based story telling. You will help the Sr. Manager on the team stay on top of market trends and identify new opportunities. You must be intellectually curious, analytically strong, highly collaborative, and an excellent communicator.
This role will entail many opportunities for developing strategic frameworks, analytical thinking, Excel/PowerPoint skills, and executive storytelling with senior leadership exposure.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $139,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
