What to Expect
The Sr. Manager, Mobility Servicing is responsible for leading the servicing, collections and remarketing operations of Commercial Vehicle and Equipment Financing (Mobility) customers and assets and leading the FaaS (Fleet as a Service) servicing and collections program development and execution. In addition, this role will support the rapid growth of the Mobility portfolio by leading system enhancements, process changes and the Mobility system implementation. Mobility portfolio includes commercial vehicles, HTWO hydrogen class-8 trucks, trailers, hydrogen fueling and EV charging equipment, Boston Dynamics robotics, and other Hyundai Motor Group products.
What You Will Do
1. Mobility Portfolio Strategy
- Lead design and execution of servicing, collections, and remarketing strategies for highly specialized commercial assets, including HTWO hydrogen Class-8 trucks, trailers, EV charging and hydrogen fueling equipment, and advanced robotics.
- Act as the subject matter expert in complex asset classes, establishing best practices for delinquency management, recovery processes, and asset disposition strategies.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration with legal, operations, and external vendors to ensure compliant, cost-effective handling of high-value fleet assets through their lifecycle.
- Act as a key liaison with senior leadership, offering insight and execution support on special initiatives tied to asset performance, customer experience, or operational risk.
- Provide strategic support on cross-functional initiatives that impact servicing, collections, and remarketing operations across the commercial and mobility portfolios.
- Implement risk mitigation frameworks tailored to next-gen commercial equipment, ensuring maximum recovery values and minimal write-offs in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
2. Mobility Portfolio Operations
- Lead and scale high-performing Commercial Equipment and Vehicle Financing and FaaS servicing, collections, and remarketing teams to support a rapidly expanding commercial portfolio.
- Develop and implement team structures, KPIs, and performance frameworks to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and asset recovery outcomes.
- Own KPI reporting and team performance oversight, using data-driven insights to optimize service quality, delinquency management, and overall portfolio health.
- Oversee end-to-end servicing operations for the Mobility portfolio, including complex functions such as consolidated billing, payment processing, due date adjustments, skip tracing, and extension agreements.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of titling and remarketing activities, maximizing asset recovery and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Drive continuous improvement across customer service systems and workflows, enhancing digital capabilities (e.g., online billing) and operational touchpoints (e.g., inbound/outbound call handling, repo and charge-off management).
- Foster a culture of proactive account management that balances customer retention with risk mitigation across diverse commercial segments.

- Serve as business lead for the Mobility system implementation, driving requirements and decision-making for servicing, collections, and remarketing functions.
- Translate operational needs into system capabilities, ensuring new platform supports scalable, compliant, and customer-centric processes across the asset lifecycle.
- Coordinate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless transition with minimal business disruption and enhanced functionality.
- Ensure integration of performance tracking and automation capabilities to improve delinquency management, asset recovery, and servicing efficiency from day one.
- Drive continuous improvement across customer service systems and workflows, enhancing digital capabilities (e.g., online billing) and operational touchpoints (e.g., inbound/outbound call handling, repo and charge-off management).
4. Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing direction, performance feedback, and support to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and achievement of organizational and personal goals.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 8 years progressive commercial financing operations experience, including Commercial Vehicle and Equipment Financing.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
- Truck and trailer financing background a plus.
- Daybreak and/or ALFA knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and provide performance feedback to team members.
- Ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers, including Hyundai Motor Group entity partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills and good judgment.
- Ability to establish a high level of credibility with all levels of internal operations and external clients.
- Adapt to evolving business needs by taking ownership of high-impact projects, escalations, or process improvements outside the core scope.
- Demonstrate and champion a culture of flexibility and accountability, stepping in to lead emerging priorities as the business and portfolio evolve.
- Proven ability to challenge, when appropriate, existing practices.
- Thorough working knowledge of compliance laws related to commercial vehicle and equipment lending, contracting, funding, servicing, collections and remarketing.
- Thorough working knowledge with commercial fleet servicing.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle and equipment financing ecosystem, including titling, UCC, repossession, telematics, etc.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Intermediate to advanced user experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, and using a computer. Work is performed in an office environment.
