Job Description:

Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Department: Global Business Services (GBS) 

Reports to: Manager, Credit and Accounts Receivable

Location: Hybrid schedule, must be within a commutable distance to Cedar Falls, IA office on a weekly basis.

Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a position within Global Business Services (GBS) focused on the Customer to Cash business cycle. This position will play a key role in credit, collections, customer service, cash application, cash transfers, reconciliation, and customer data. Flexible work arrangement program allows opportunities for eligible team members to adjust working hours and location.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer portfolio to ensure timely cash collection.
  • Respond to and resolve internal/external customer enquiries.
  • Resolved aged past due amounts and maintain a current ledger
  • Review AR accounts for erroneous transactions.
  • Attend and co-ordinate internal meetings to review status of customer collections
  • Any other ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate by management.

Required Education:

  • High School diploma required.
  • Associate’s/Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Shared service experience.
  • Previous use of Oracle system software.

The pay range for this position is $19.62 - $22/hour. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
