Job Description:
The Role
- Accountable for building a mutually beneficial relationship model with Strategic “External to Fidelity” Fintechs to support scalable integration opportunities to drive engagement with Fidelity’s Custody/Clearing Technology Offering
- Drive the prioritization of integration capabilities and direction, provide industry/organizational insights, collaborate across Fidelity to execute on Fintech strategic efforts and serve as a reliable escalation path for critical fintech integration support needs
- Work closely with Client Relationship Group, Segment Strategy Team, Technology and Platform Consulting Teams, and Client Experience Groups, other Technology teams across the Fidelity enterprise to promote, expand and deepen Fintech integration offerings
- Analyze, assess, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management team on product offering, business value and competitive landscape
- Evaluate product-level performance, and tracking growth of integrations and clients through Fintech on a quarterly basis and share with Senior Management team

- Strategy Execution – Manage and execute integration capabilities for Fintechs to support modernization efforts. Demonstrated success defining strategic roadmaps and leading the implementations and offerings aligned with the evolving direction of the Fintech and clients.
- Results-Oriented – Focuses on discreet delivery of value through Fintechs for our customers and business. Ensures things are getting done at an appropriate pace; drives ownership and accountability with Fintechs, streamlines processes to drive efficiency.
- Communicate Effectively – Strong communication/presentation skills, participates in executive level fintech engagements and clients. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with which you influence and engage across Fidelity and at all levels of the organization
- Lead Collaboratively – Strong collaborator with proven ability to function in highly matrixed environments at all levels, including across technical, operational, and business/product domains.
- Technology Proficiency – Strong technical knowledge with various technology products to define solutions based on the use cases for Fintechs and clients. Knowledge of the Brokerage business and platform ecosystems.
- A continuous improvement approach that encourages and enables to iteratively deliver value for Fintechs.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services
- 5+ years of technology product implementation experience
