In this position...

As a Product Manager on the Fleet Management product team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and reporting on a defined set of metrics. You will be working with other product managers, engineers, sales and operations teams to create a cohesive story using product and user data. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, product tracking and tagging and for a large portfolio of revenue-generating products.

This is a hybrid position requiring an onsite schedule of 4 days a week in Dearborn, MI. The selected candidate that lives within 50 miles of Dearborn, MI will be required to work onsite for a minimum of 4 days a week. This is not a remote position, and relocation is not offered.

What you'll do...

Product Strategy:

• Define requirements for product analytics dashboards that focus on current business state, including subscriptions, transactional maintenance data and comprehensive fleet information
• Collaborate with business operations to define key metrics and what achievable targets are
• Partner with data engineering to identify new reportable data sources within our existing data ecosystem

User Experience:

• Collaborate with engineering and design to develop a world-class user-experience
• Bring data to life for fleet management operations team by partnering with design to create digital data experiences for business and product

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure products meet technical requirements and design excellence
• Work closely with account management and operations to report on business initiatives
• Facilitate communications and trainings for operations and account management teams when deploying new products to ensure alignment and clarity

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilize customer data to make informed product decisions, including usage and NPS data
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs), while providing regular stakeholder updates on performance and customer satisfaction

Product Launch & Lifecycle Management:

• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement that will influence future product roadmaps

You'll have...

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience working with Google BigQuery, Amplitude or other SaaS analytics platforms
• Familiarity with software tools like JIRA, Figma, Google Cloud, GitHub, etc.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite for a minimum of 4 days a week in Dearborn, MI. This is not a remote position, and relocation is not offered.
