The SensArray group is the global leader for in-situ process monitoring for Etch , Deposition and Lithography processes in Semiconductor manufacturing and Mask manufacturing.

Our SensArray process control technologies enable fully automated thermal and dose control in semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Our team's mission is to collaborate with our customers to improve process and yield control through our in-situ process monitoring capabilities.


The SensArray Application Team is looking for a Divisional Application Engineer to cover the following tasks:

  • Perform product installation at customer sites
  • Up to 50% of travel is required
  • Technical contact for the Installation product
  • Perform software upgrade on the product
  • Provide technical support in terms of software and hardware
  • Create training material for the Application team and external version for Customer
  • Performed divisional and field training
  • Provide customer product training
  • Support PLC activities as technical reference
  • Support new product Alpha and Beta testing as needed
  • Build good customer relationship in the field
  • Create a link between field application engineer and Engineering/R&D team
  • The position will report to the Senior Applications Manager

Preferred Qualifications

We seek the following experience:

  • Specific experience in fabs includes Process, Process Integration, Yield Engineering, Factory Automation, Etch background , Litho experience
  • Experience in basic software upgrade skill, including virtual machine.
  • Factory Automation experience in Fab environment is a plus
  • Process experience in Etch , Litho and Deposition area
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to influence others
  • Experience and proven track record in leading customer engagements
  • Experience and proven track record working in matrix team organization
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage customers' demand

Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 7 years of experience OR

Master's Level Degree with at least 6 years of experience OR

Doctorate (Academic) with at least 5 years of experience

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree with at least 6 years of experience OR

Doctorate (Academic) with at least 5 years of experience
