???? What you’ll be doing

As our Product Line Manager Emergency Lighting (EMEA), you’re the one driving the strategy behind our emergency lighting solutions. You’ll simplify the portfolio, push innovation, align local needs with global strategy—and build the future of safe spaces.

???? Your key missions

• Set the strategy for our Emergency Lighting products across EMEA
• Make things simpler: reduce complexity, phase out outdated stuff, and boost performance
• Align global direction with local market needs and compliance rules
• Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain to make sure we deliver
• Track performance, define smart pricing, and spot growth opportunities
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams with vision and energy

✅ What you bring

• 8+ years of experience in product management (lighting, electrical, or smart building tech)
• You get Emergency Lighting—and know the compliance side too
• You’re a natural at leading diverse teams and handling complex portfolios
• Strategic thinker + fast mover = you
• Bonus points if you've worked in a turnaround or transformation environment
• Fluent in English (any extra language is a win)
• You love working with people and making things happen
