Your Impact:

Jacobs is seeking a highly motivated Senior Regional Water/Wastewater Project Manager to support projects in the South US. You will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of dynamic projects including profit and loss, permit compliance, process control, health and safety, quality, internal/external reporting, and employee supervision and management including staffing, compensation, training, performance management and workforce development. Working with other members of our team you will build and maintain positive business and customer relationships, and be responsible for the planning, organization, operations, maintenance and improvement of the facility. You will also be responsible for implementing health and safety policy and procedures and maintaining the operation process control including compliance with regulatory agencies.

  • This position will require travel to projects within the region. (Project Managers may travel to projects outside the region as well).

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Qualifications Required: Review carefully. Candidate hired must match all qualifications listed
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 10 plus years of experience in the water wastewater segment with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Experience working with, overseeing, and developing other employees and supervisors 
  • Experience developing budgets, tracking actual expenditures vs budget and variance reporting
  • Experience in written and oral presentations 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

  • College degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Water or Wastewater Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Experience with DMS and CMMS
  • Experience with SCADA systems 
  • Capable of working independently and maintaining an orderly schedule 
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of the facility to be managed 
  • Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills
