Your Impact:

• Source and identify top multilingual talent from your local market for our Bulgarian operations
• Manage initial recruitment stages: from candidate sourcing to preliminary screening
• Present pre-qualified candidates to our internal hiring teams
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for targeted languages
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What You'll Bring:

• Speak the local language and C1+ level English proficiency
• Additional European languages are a significant plus
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required
• Strong network and understanding of the European talent market
• Experience in remote candidate sourcing and screening
• Excellence in candidate relationship management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results

Partnership Model:

This is a freelance position based on a success-fee model, offering competitive and uncapped commissions for successfully placed candidates. You'll operate as an independent talent partner, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule while contributing to our growth.

We offer a comprehensive freelance contract that allows you to collaborate with us directly, simplifying your administrative obligations. Our agreement is designed to facilitate a smooth partnership, regardless of your current registration status in your country or residence.
