  • 2 years of experience in Contract Manufacturer (CM) management.
  • Experience in leadership with New Product Introduction (NPI) operations management, or in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or development or operations engineering.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to predict risks and manage them to drive solutions with cross-functional teams for supply continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the factory and build readiness with Engineering, Operations, and Contract Manufacturer (CM) teams.
  • Ensure production transitions through stages and meeting program goals. Manage NPI builds and ramp readiness with internal and external team.
  • Lead the Operations team in planning and executing copy site validation builds and product ramps, and meet product launch demand.
  • Manage all operations-related communications, upward and downward, throughout the organization. Escalate issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional executive teams.
  • Initiate projects to enhance existing processes and reduce costs.
