JOB TITLE: Technical Application Specialist
SALARY: £47,790 - £53,100
LOCATION(S): Edinburgh
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in the above office location
About this opportunity
We're looking to recruit a Technical Application Specialist (TAS) to work within the Enterprise & Accounting Lab Service team in Edinburgh. As a TAS you will have a strong engineering background and play a key role in getting things back on track when systems fail. This is a support role and prior experience in a support role, working in shift pattern and experience of managing incidents would be good. It’s a fast-paced setting where you will work closely with other technical teams to identify issues, follow recovery procedures and restore services quickly and efficiently. Clear communication, quick thinking and teamwork are essential as you minimize disruption and help the bank return to normal operations smoothly.
