Job Description:

  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects/programs on Operational Costing Automation (incentive, billing, etc).
  • Oversees all aspects of projects. Work with management to assign key stakeholders / project members and ensure deliverable meets stakeholders’ expectations; Coordinate with Operations / Operations Excellence to ensure project meets business objectives
  • Structural phasing of project implementation and track progression, prioritization, deliverables
  • Effectively manage project resources within FP&A and peers to timely serve project tasks
  • Address pain points, manage all roadblocks, and coordinate cross-function to conclude decision on project timeline, project scope, and cost
  • Successfully navigate the change, solve problems, and consult with cross-functional teams
  • Develop end-to-end SOP by engaging all cross functional team, facilitate SOP training & alignment to ensure SOP rollout successfully

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Accounting or related field required
  • Strong attention to detail, data driven, and be able to manage project following standard tasks and timelines
  • Excellent in leadership and interpersonal skills. Be able to motivate, effectively dialogue and resolve roadblocks. Having negotiating skills, leading teams, and managing projects across multiple teams
  • Can-do attitude, consistent record of successfully work in a fast-paced, high-energy and -diversity environment
  • Excellent presentation skills, proficient in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in project management methodologies. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or formal training in project management is beneficial Logistics industry experience and/or 3 years’ project management experience. Project finances will be preferable
