The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate, strategic and forward-thinking Global Talent Pool Lead to join our Global Talent Management team. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and manage a comprehensive global talent pool framework for developing and engaging high-potential talent across our organization.
This role is critical in ensuring our organization remains competitive by building a strong leadership pipeline and equipping our workforce to meet the evolving demands of the electricity and energy sector.
How you will make an impact
- Create and drive a global strategy for retaining, engaging, and developing high-potential employees across all business units and functions.
- Ensure alignment with the company’s people strategy and consistency with all Talent & Reward processes.
- Design and deploy structured development journeys, learning experiences, and career acceleration initiatives aligned with the company’s growth strategy and competency needs.
- Ensure global consistency in talent initiatives while allowing for regional customization and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to embed talent pool strategies into broader people initiatives.
- Develop and implement a communication plan to keep key governance stakeholders informed and aligned, including the HR Leadership Team.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to advocate for and support the talent pools framework, ensuring effective program branding and visibility.
- Define success metrics and regularly report on talent pool health, progression, and impact on business outcomes.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in talent management, talent development, or HR coordination roles.
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with HR systems, data analytics tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills (senior management and executives).
- A proactive mindset with a passion for talent development and continuous improvement.
- Both oral and written English at a high level
