As an NPI Operations Manager, you will manage all aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle management for our data centers. You will work with cross-functional teams starting with product inception to volume ramp to bring innovative products into global data centers efficiently. You will use your domain expertise in material readiness, supplier and contract manufacturer management, procurement, manufacturing, supply resiliency and are well versed in Operations and Engineering that impact supply chain strategies and execution.
In this role, you are responsible for developing and growing the Operations Program Management team to scale to meet the growing business need and strategically address the complexities facing supply chain today. Product types include infrastructure, server and storage. You will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Supply and Demand Planning, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supplier partners to enable and launch new products as well as to implement processes and systems that directly scale new product deployments.
