What is this career opportunity?

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Print & Mail team as a Print Production Operator. You would work on our shop floor operating printing equipment with the opportunity to learn bindery and mail prep machinery. Quality control is an important aspect of all positions on the shop floor. This position must ensure job tickets have all of the needed information to successfully complete orders for our customers. The following are examples of the machines you would learn to operate over time:

  • Large high-speed printers, both black and white and full color
  • Envelope inserters
  • Mail sorting equipment
  • Hydraulic Paper Cutter
  • 3-Hole Paper Drill
  • Coil punch/puncher
  • Shrink Wrapper
  • High Volume Folder
  • Automatic Glue Binder

We are looking for someone with technical experience. However, if you have excellent soft skills and ability to learn, we are willing to train the technical aspects of this job.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent; AND
  • Two years of job-related experience; OR
  • Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
