What will I be doing?
Lead the localisation efforts for our customer lifecycle and market interaction products, responsible for how the Kaluza platform fulfils key sale, in life, and termination journeys, ensuring we meet the specific regulatory and market requirements of diverse European countries.
Deep dive into European energy market regulations for designated countries, translating complex compliance needs into detailed specifications
Collaborate intensely with clients and in-country experts to understand their unique needs and requirements.
Define and manage detailed product requirements for features related to country-specific needs (e.g. customer service agent tooling requirements, journey orchestration logic, interactions with “the market” i.e. meter points and market participants, data modelling, exception requirements, regulatory reporting…)
Work closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure the successful discovery, implementation, and testing of functionalities
Act as the go-to expert for global teams on specific European market nuances related to market interaction, customer journeys, and meter data management
Continuously monitor changes in European energy legislation and market practices, proactively adapting the product roadmap to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
