MAPP (My Anti-corruption Policy and Procedures) is Pfizer’s global compliance platform designed to uphold the company’s commitment to ethical business practices and adherence to international anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. The MAPP solution provides a centralized digital framework for managing, documenting, and approving interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), government officials, and third-party entities across global markets. The solution is a cornerstone of Pfizer’s compliance infrastructure, ensuring that all business activities are conducted with integrity and transparency.

As a Digital Analyst on the MAPP Navigator product team, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic feature enhancements to the MAPP Navigator Global and Navigator+ platforms throughout the product lifecycle. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and the product development team. You will be responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring that digital solutions deliver measurable value. Working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and end users, you will help shape product direction through data-driven insights, process analysis, and continuous feedback loops.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as part of the MAPP Navigator squad to ensure digital solutions deliver measurable value aligned with enterprise goals.
• Support the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and end users
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Define and communicate as-is and to-be business processes within MAPP Navigator Global and Navigator+ products.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
• Develop and organize User Stories and contribute to backlog planning for Agile projects.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to the product development team by elaborating on user stories to ensure shared understanding and readiness for implementation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure delivery of solutions are inclusive of the scope committed to the business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicant must have a Master’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of comprehensive experience developing and organizing user stories and translating business requirements into detailed functional requirements
• Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic problem-solving environment
• Innovative mindset with strong delivery-oriented values
• Working experience with Agile development methodology
• Knowledge of corporate enterprise systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology)
• Quick to acquire product expertise and technical acumen to understand current and desired product experiences as well as underlying technologies and dependencies
• Current on digital trends and best practices

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset
• Knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience, with reference to digital, design and services in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Hands on Service Delivery and Operations experience.
