Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant OMP you support and (co-)lead project delivery teams improving our client’s business performance, in line with our Exceptional Client Service approach, while helping grow our practice outside of your client work. Example of exiting activities to participate in (non-exhaustive):

• OMP design & requirements analysis, including user story writing
• Sprint configuration and testing
• Optimize client’s processes & standards in line with the OMP industry template
• Training activities
• Transformation management: engagement with both IT and business stakeholders at multiple levels
• Deployment of the client’s OMP template where you will gradually increase your responsibility over the course of the wave deployments
• Define improvements together with the client and coordinate from initial workshop to launch in OMP Production environment
• Continuously learn & celebrate successes with our fantastic clients, partners and your colleagues !!

You will work independently as well as in teams. You will coach and support consultants and client team members, perform analyses and report finding and results. You will share your expertise with about 40 other colleagues in the Supply Chain & Operations team of EY Belgium.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A master’s degree, preferably Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics
• Residence in Belgium required
• 2-5 years experience in supply chain planning (e.g. demand planning, supply planning & scheduling, S&OP,..) in either consultancy and/or business roles
• You are familiar with OMP planning technology (as a key user - involved in OMP deployment through projects and/or support services – other relevant exposure)
• You are hands-on and results-oriented
• Fluent written and spoken English, French and/or Dutch
• Excellent analytical skills, drive, enthusiasm, conceptual thinking, communication and influencing skills, and pragmatism in execution

It’s a plus if you also have

• OMP certification
• APICS certification
• Project management certification such as Prince2 or PMP is plus
• Experience working with other specialized APS solutions including o9, Kinaxis, BlueYonder or other
• Any other additional Supply Chain, Project Management, Data & Analytics related certifications
