The primary purpose of this position is to ensure family involvement in planning public policy, program
development, implementation, and evaluation of services and supports for children and families served
throughout Oregon’s publicly funded children’s mental health treatment system including services funded
through Oregon’s Medicaid and CHIP. This position works in coordination with the Director of Office of
Recovery and Resilience.
In this position, you will support diverse family and young adult participation in individual child and family
decision making, advisory boards, policy planning, implementation, and efforts to evaluate and improve the
effectiveness of the treatment service delivery system and to ensure that practices reflect System of Care
values and principles. Included in this task is workforce development related to Peer Delivered Services, ensuring the inclusion of lived and living experience throughout the array of services.
You will oversee contract implementation and coordination; provide technical assistance; maintain and promote family voice in the System of Care (SOC) and Wraparound throughout Oregon; research and interpret national and state policies; develop
procedures to meet state and federal requirements, legislative intent and agency principles and budget limitations. You will perform analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and lend support to planning, designing, and implementing enhanced/new integrated health systems to deliver meaningful family engagement and Peer Delivered Services.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be visible in your application for consideration.
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years of experience coordinating or administering a program will be considered.
Example: A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years experience coordinating or administering a program.
