  • Facilitate both classroom training and hands-on instruction on CNC lathes, mills, multi-axis equipment, and machining centers.
  • Implement Capital projects and process improvements to improve manufacturing safety, quality, and performance
  • Evaluate operator competency through skill assessments and track individual progress using learning plans, records, and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing supervisors and process engineers to identify skill gaps using non-conformance and rework data. Build targeted training strategies that reduce scrap, improve first-pass yield, and shorten lead times.
  • Create and maintain standardized work instructions, visual work aids, and competency matrices to reinforce a consistent and repeatable machining process.
  • Support the onboarding, mentoring, and upskilling of newly hired machine trainees and interns.
  • Provide training support on capital projects, including preparing operators to run new machines, applying new tooling strategies, and follow updated machining processes.
  • Build partnerships with local trade schools, high schools, and technical institutions to develop outreach programs and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Cultivate an inclusive and respectful learning environment where all employees feel empowered to develop their skills and grow professionally.

Who You Are:
