Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the front line of support for EZ Pass customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls from current and prospective customers
  • Processing new applications and payments via phone
  • Documenting inquiries, updating customer account information, and managing follow-up correspondence
  • Performing account maintenance including changes, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Clearly explaining account terms, policies, and procedures
  • Preparing daily reports, including activity logs and cash-out summaries
  • Proactively resolving customer concerns and offering expert guidance

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  5. Reliable transportation or access to a bus route
  6. High school diploma or GED (must provide documentation)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
