Job Title: Senior Consultant - Delivery Manager

Introduction to Role:

Join us as a Senior Consultant - Delivery Manager in our IT department, where you will have the opportunity to leverage technology to impact patients and ultimately save lives. In this role, you will manage a team performing service management activities to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements and business requirements. You will also lead small delivery squads to deliver against demand for End User Services (EUS) capabilities or support larger delivery efforts from initiation to close.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Consultant - Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery against demand registered on EUS services. You will create agreed delivery plans including timelines, activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and quality. You will manage relationships with business stakeholders to ensure the effective capturing of business requirements and commitment to delivery objectives. You will also identify and assist with effective risk & issue management and ensure the delivery squad adheres to all standards, quality, and compliance.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Technical or business degree or relevant proven experience
  • 24+ months in a project delivery/project coordination role
  • Experience leading the delivery of small teams and activities
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Good business acumen with sensitivity to environment
  • Familiar with delivery methodologies and standards
