About Salesforce

We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

We're looking for a talented and motivated Web Designer to join our team. This person will help ideate and develop creative work for MuleSoft across digital platforms. You’ll team up with a full creative team of designers and copywriters under the guidance of our Associate Creative Director.

Our hope? You’ll shine as the newest creative superstar on our team, in our company and in our industry. We want you to find new ways to push our standards and expand expectations for craft, strategy and creative excellence. You'll create work that excites, delights, and resonates with our audience. And, of course, everything you do will be thoughtful and smart, always supporting business objectives.

The Web Designer needs to express a clear understanding of Salesforce products — but that will come eventually. This is complicated stuff, and we're patient. You'll need to be on top of marketing trends and best practices. And be driven to convert complex and tech into approachable and human.

This job requires someone who loves to design and to think about all things digital.

Do you like creating the perfect visual response to a challenge?

Do you love to keep up with digital trends and push the limits?

Do you nerd out about craftsmanship, kerning, and color?

Will you embrace learning to lead and lead while you learn?

Can you energize the same old same old with a fresh approach…

and also dream up the “here’s what we do next”?

As an innovative digital designer, your primary focus will be on creating best-in-class web pages to support MuleSoft and Salesforce initiatives. You'll lead the way in crafting exceptional user experiences and meticulously detailed product UI moments. Collaborating closely with writers, PMMs, and web developers, you'll define content hierarchy and refine product storytelling to perfection. Your big picture view of the digital ecosystem ensures a seamless journey for users from one click to the next. You'll make innovative creative recommendations that lead us to test new creative solutions, driving excellence in our online presence.

You'll also flex your creative chops by contributing to campaign projects across digital display, social, video, and beyond. Plus, you'll get to shine in concepting and designing immersive event experiences for Dreamforce, the biggest software conference in the world.

You'll need to be adaptable. This job requires managing multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for presenting and selling work to our partners. Everything you do requires a clear point of view and creative strategy. Impress our partners with your creativity, collaboration and strategic thinking, and display strong relationship-building skills and expertise in every scenario.

If you made it this far and your curiosity is piqued, one last thing: Salesforce is a fun place to work. Our brand has made giant strides over the past few years, and we aim to keep it growing and keep our values in sight. We provide professional development and mentorship whenever and wherever possible. We try to keep things interesting on a daily basis, which means there's never a dull day. And, most importantly, we lead with empathy. We're a supportive group that takes each other's well-being to heart.

Is this something you’re interested in? Are you feeling stoked? If so, please apply.
