Who You’ll Work With

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically-minded Marketing Operations Program Manager / Strategy Lead to help define and implement the future-state operating model for a large-scale, enterprise B2B marketing organization. This role is responsible for architecting the foundational processes, structures, and standards that will enable this transformed marketing organization to operate with agility, accountability, and operational excellence.

As a key member of a cross-functional transformation team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping how the organization plans, delivers, and optimizes marketing across functions, geographies, and business units. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong executive presence, organizational savvy, and a passion for building the systems that make marketing teams more effective.

As part of a high-performing marketing transformation team, you’ll partner with marketing, sales, operations, and technology stakeholders to define, design and operationalize new, scalable marketing processes. You’ll help our enterprise marketing clients modernize how they plan, execute, and measure integrated campaigns—enabling greater agility, clearer accountability, and faster speed to market.

This role will play a pivotal part in standing up a new, centralized marketing operations model, aligning execution teams across geographies, business units, and functions. You will partner tightly with technical program managers and other marketing enablement leaders to ensure processes, workflows, and technologies are aligned to real marketer needs and optimized for speed, scale, and impact.

You will also serve as a strategic advisor to marketing leadership, helping them evolve their organization, technology stack, and performance framework. This role requires navigating senior stakeholder environments with confidence—facilitating decision-making, driving alignment, and influencing change at the highest levels.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the rollout of a scalable, repeatable operating model tailored to a complex B2B enterprise environment
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns by developing standard workflows, intake processes, roles, and SLAs
  • Drive alignment across regional, product, and functional teams to reduce duplication, improve coordination, and accelerate execution
  • Lead efforts to codify and evolve core marketing processes--from campaign intake to activation and measurement--ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization
  • Evaluate and optimize existing marketing technology stack and processes to support campaign readiness, personalization, and performance tracking
  • Partner with technical leads to assess process and workflow automation opportunities, including the use of AI and advance tooling to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Define KPIs and operation metrics, and build reporting frameworks to track marketing effectiveness and campaign ROI
  • Lead change enablement and communication efforts to ensure adoption of new ways of working, organizational structures, and performance frameworks

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, program management, marketing transformation, or demand gen leadership within complex enterprise environments
  • Proven success leading operatonal transformation efforts--especially designing and implementing new operating models and scalable campaign process redesign, driving change enablement, and achieving organizational consensus & alignment
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including MAPs (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), workflow tools (e.g., Workfront), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce); ability to assess and recommend where AI and automation can add value
