We are looking for a passionate individual to work across business units and developers to analyze, designs, document, and help implement solid solutions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 8+ years of Systems Analyst experience
  • Basic understanding of Java
  • Experience working in mid-tier and backend systems is a must
  • Business Process Modelling knowledge is a must (Preference for Appian)
  • Maria or Oracle Database and SQL knowledge is a must
  • Understanding of Jira is desired
  • Ability to work as across many squads for requirements gathering and understanding
  • Proven experience in Systems Analysis and deep understanding of the software life cycle stages
  • Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop people and teams
  • Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills including written, verbal, and technology illustrations.
  • Proven expertise and passion for delivering complex technology solutions and achieving results
  • Passionate about engineering excellence, innovation, and empowerment
  • Aptitude and eagerness to learn new domain

The Team

Financial Investments, Client Operations Technology (FICOT) group develops applications for Workplace Solutions business unit within Fidelity. We provide middleware platforms, web services and data for some of the key internal customers (Operations, Investment Services Group) and external customers (Fidelity.com/Net benefits) in the company.
