Duties: Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II, and as a working-level supervisor, has overall responsibility for a unit within the Department-wide Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Contract Section. We are looking for a team leader who can apply contract knowledge and excellent leadership skills to plan, organize and direct a busy contracting team while managing competing priorities and a diverse client base. The incumbent will be the lead negotiator for the Department of Water Resources (DWR) Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Contracts and will plan, organize and direct a section of research data staff that support the functions of the DWR’s A&E Contract Program.
