Main Purpose of the job…

  • Leverage O2C flow to deliver the business benefits as per business plan commitments and beyond
  • Drive optimization of the E2E process
  • Improve the application of the service delivery model
  • Facilitate prioritization of improvement projects based on value realization

A day as Process Optimizer…

Deliver Stage 3 commitments in line with the Project charter, by:

  • Closing any gaps to maintain Go Live (Sept 2025)
  • Identifying and execute actions ensuring closure of the gaps vs the project plan charter
  • Translate the expertise, learnings and the accelerators, provided through process optimization network, into actions delivering business benefits
  • Taking full benefits of functionality and visibility provided by the standard flow (tools, process and organization) to drive continuous improvement in processes
  • Support to create documents for ORg Design project: Market & Regional Organizational Footprints, Identify and Map Nutrition Processes & clear RACIs,
  • Identify potential areas to drive IBS penetration

Actively contribute to the improvement in WoW by identifying pain points, and clarifying RACIs

  • Identify pain points in key processes
  • Map step y step processes and identify bottlenecks, dupllications, areas of opportunities
  • Ensure the blueprints are translated into aligned organizational structures by market (support market teams in the design and documentation)

What Will make you successfull…

  • One or 2 years of operational experience in Order-to-Cash with a specialization in: Demand Capture & Order Filtering, Stock Allocation & Order Optimization, Billing & Pricing, Logistics
  • Fluent English (Mandatory)
  • Experience working within and across multiple functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and LGO/Globe)
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement projects and/or within an NCE or Lean Office role
  • Experience in successful improvement implementation within Nestle at a NIM / Regional level, or equivalent experience in a complex, international environment
  • Experience working with senior management
  • Leading and coaching problem-solving activities (basic, intermediate and complex problem-solving methodologies)
  • College/University degree required
