Product Manager, Core Business Services - Business Enablement (Client Technology) (Associate Director) (Multiple Positions) (1625755), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Seattle, WA.

Work as a primary contact and lead for all product aspects including strategy, user experience design, development, and deployment. Solve business problems and growth opportunities by building technology solutions and platforms. Act as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs. Develop the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures. Work alongside technologists and business specialists to drive new technology platforms, capabilities, and expertise. Responsible for identifying, handling and executing product strategies using client technology. Evaluate and validate product vision to anticipate and address changing business and user needs. Advise on profit and loss responsibilities for product(s) ensuring it meets user, market, and business demand. Help find opportunities for products to align to the firm’s broader organizational mission and strategy and that it is competitively positioned driving revenue and technological footprint in the market. This leadership position is responsible for thought leadership ensuring the product supports the organization’s overall strategy and goals.

Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Consistently deliver quality deliverables by monitoring progress. Develop and maintain long-term internal stakeholder relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality services.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.

Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field and 9 years of related work experience.

Must have 8 years of experience using software development cycle and project management methodologies.

Must have 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: product development and delivery frameworks; Agile framework; and/or DevOps practices and services.

Must have 5 years of experience in defining product features and feature execution from concept to commissioning.

Must have 5 years of experience in working with internal and/or external stakeholders.

Must have 5 years of experience reporting on project status and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery.

Must have 5 years of experience managing a mid-size team of product professionals.

Must have 3 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence reporting.

Must have 3 years of experience defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a sophisticated product and/or a set of products within a product family.

Must have 3 years of experience with market expertise and understanding the reasons customers purchase products, including a deep understanding of the competition.

Must have 3 years of experience driving product strategy development, establish priorities and manage the roadmap using criteria and requirements defined during research.

Must have 3 years of experience defining and developing cloud-based products and services, including reusable domain-specific microservices on Cloud environments, including one or a combination of the following: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, and/or OpenStack.

Must have 3 years of experience partnering with internal customers to validate requirements and priorities through various forums such as analysis, meetings, and focus groups and refine those requirements for broad market applicability.

Must have 3 years of experience running beta and pilot programs during the qualify phase with almost final products and samples.

Requires domestic travel up to 10%, to serve client needs.

The base salary for this job is $149,700.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
