Senior Business Intelligence Developer

The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will play a critical role in the development and deployment of clinical analytics and Business Intelligence applications. This position will serve on the Analytics and Insights Project Team as a link between the application teams and clinical departments

• Leverage clinical and operational experience along with information systems knowledge to identify innovative methods by which data analytics can be used to drive quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with clinical departments to develop and analyze key performance metrics
• Develop and maintain business intelligence application including operational reports, dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reporting requests
• Creates accurate and comprehensive technical documentation
• Assume other responsibilities as directed

Required Criteria

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration
• 5+ years’ experience developing business intelligence dashboards
• Excellent SQL and other database skills
• Vast knowledge of data visualization techniques and dashboard design (e.g. Power BI)
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Master at building dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools

Preferred Criteria

• 5-7 years of related work experience with programing e.g. Python
• Competency in Python
• Familiarity with DICOM
• 5+ years’ experience in Healthcare domain preferably Radiology, Cardiology
• Experience with extraction and querying EPIC EMR data

Salary Range:

$131,500-$163,000/Annual
