Regional Vice President of Sales & Business Development

We are looking for a strategic, goal oriented and execution-driven individual to help drive our early stage sales and business development efforts on the ground.

As our Regional VP of Sales & Business Development, you will have the opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging service that will have a significant impact on our business and the home care industry at large.  Your responsibilities will include building and managing a pipeline of strategic partnerships with key local businesses. This will include leading the effort to locate, develop, define, negotiate, and close key business relationships. Our ideal candidate will be be a proven sales and business development professional with experience in fast paced, high growth environments who can help us as we refine our playbook for market growth. Must be open to regular travel within the region.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and pursue new partnerships in a defined territory
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual deal/revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against a territory plan
  • Help shape sales/business development playbook & processes
  • Build sales collateral (e.g. pitch decks, presentations)
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around our service to target partners
  • Maintain a robust sales/business development pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend reach and accelerate additional partner adoption of service
  • Manage deals from lead gen to introductions to scoping through all contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal organizations to close deals and achieve corporate goals

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience driving collaborative new initiatives in healthcare and service oriented organizations (knowledge of senior care a plus)
  • Strategic thinker with ability to communicate and execute a strategy consistent with client needs
  • 7+ years experience in healthcare, technology and/or services related sales or BD experience
  • 5+ years of direct field sales experience with a successful track record of delivering results
  • Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating and closing deals with small businesses
  • Experience in positioning and selling services into new customers and new market segments
  • Experience communicating and presenting to customers and senior leadership
  • High energy and experience in start-ups or fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter
