Position Summary
The Explore Guide Program Manager is responsible for shaping Explore’s guide formation model, leading the recruitment, training, and support of guides who will be the primary points of accompaniment for seekers on the Explore journey.
The Guide Program Manager will work closely with the Director of Explorer Engagement, as well as key stakeholders and strategic partners, to define and refine the guide model. The Guide Program Manager will participate directly as a guide to internalize the posture and dynamics of accompaniment firsthand.
Starting with a small pilot group of guides, the Guide Program Manager will develop the processes, training, and rhythms to support and scale the program. Over time, the Manager will expand this foundation by equipping guide mentors and supporting broader implementation.

This position has an annualized salary range of $32.15 - $40.19. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
