About the Role

Our People & Culture team is expanding and we are looking for a Manager – Leadership Experience to join our vast community of solvers. The People & Culture team brings our purpose to life by delivering a great employee experience across our firm. Our team creates an environment for our people to thrive and helps our business to deliver sustained outcomes. We deliver exceptional employee experiences, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results.

In this role, you will help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • Lead RTBFL Development Stream: Define, build and evolve end to end buildable development experiences
  • Blueprint Ownership: Architect the leadership journey map, ensuring cohesion across talent segments and alignment with culture, tech and capability strategies
  • Experience Design with Impact: Create, co-create and curate leadership experiences that are purpose-driven and future-fit, built with measurement and ROI at the forefront
  • Data & Feedback Integration: Use internal and external insights to continuously improve the leadership experience and calibrate touch points success
  • Program Governance: Anchor rhythms for design, delivery, measurement and iteration across all leadership programs
  • Culture Activation: Embed leadership moments that reflect our values and drive long-term talent outcomes, cultivating innovation in how leadership is shaped and experienced
  • Team Culture Building: Create an inclusive, empowering team dynamic anchored in trust and psychological safety
  • Develops Talent: Creates environments and opportunities for leadership growth; mentors and builds capability aligned to organisational needs
  • Collaborative Leadership: Elevates others and builds trust with a shared sense of purpose
