Job Description:
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the software architecture for the Hamilton IoT / Cloud initiative
- Define and Implement Architecture: Collaborate with experts to define the architecture and roadmap for Hamilton's digitization initiative, aligning with corporate strategy and the needs of our partners, business organization, and market.
- Represent the strategy, architecture, and roadmap within the company, ensuring successful implementation
- Design, evaluate, and plan the implementation of future cloud architectures and infrastructure, including profitability analysis.
- Contribute to technological development and define architecture specifications
- Work closely with DevOps teams to provide optimal advice and support for implementing the architecture roadmap
Professional experience & skills desired to have:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven professional experience in developing complex cloud solutions, particularly in the IoT domain with Azure
- A deep passion for architecture, with a commitment to high-quality software
- Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Expertise in designing and applying multi-layer and interface-based architectures
- Experience with C# .NET, REST, container, and cloud architectures
- Ideally, you have a recognized software architecture certification, such as iSAQB Advanced
- Experience in information security is an advantage
- Experience with regulated software, particularly medical software, is a plus
- Committed, communicative, and implementation-driven personality
- Very good English skills
