Job Description
The Sr Analyst for Supply Chain Analytics will support strategic supply chain initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and process mining tools. This role will work cross-functionally to identify optimization opportunities, develop dashboards, and support digital transformation efforts within Grace’s global supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain predictive models and dashboards using tools like Power BI, SAP Cloud Analytics, and Celonis.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with business partners to ensure seamless connectivity and alignment with the Supply Chain team.
- Collaborate with supply chain leaders to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation and tracking of KPIs across supply chain processes.
- Participate in global projects to enhance supply chain operations.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Technical and analytical skills with the use of Celonis, a process mining and execution management software.
- Ability to translate raw data into usable information.
- Proficient with the MS Office Suite to include strong Excel (pivot tables, V/H look up, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to link complex information and concepts into actionable solutions that create value for Grace.
- Understanding of process mining concepts and techniques to analyze business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to different levels/functions.
- Strong attention to detail and capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Prior project management experience and demonstrating the success in process improvements you’ve implemented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Celonis or SAP Cloud Analytics.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Supply Chain certification or training.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid; 4x a week RTO
- Night Shift (North America hours)
