Job title – Senior QA Technician, P&B (6-months Contract)
Location – Tuas, Singapore
Your key responsibilities
- Validation Documentation Support: Draft and submit for review and approval for validation protocols (PQ), reports, and related documentation. Ensure compliance of documents with internal SOPs and applicable regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EU GMP). Support the creation and revision of validation-related SOPs, forms, and logs.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, QC, etc.) to ensure timely execution of validation activities. Track and report validation progress and quality-related issues to the Associate QA Manager
- On-Site Validation Oversight: Provide QA presence during execution of validation protocols. Witness critical steps of qualification activities and verify adherence to approved procedures. Identify deviations and non-conformances; participate in impact assessments and CAPA development.
- Change Control and Risk Assessment: Support QA review of change controls related to the expansion. Participate in risk assessments (FMEA, HACCP, etc.) for new/modified equipment, systems, or processes.
- Compliance and Audit Readiness.
- Ensure validation documentation is audit-ready.
- Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and clarification as needed.

You bring
- Minimum Diploma in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in QA or validation in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma, cosmetics, food, etc.).
- Familiarity with regulatory validation requirements (FDA, ICH Q8–Q10, ISO standards).
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.
- Assist in the validation of plant improvement projects (on-site presence required).
- Contribute to maintaining the quality management system by helping with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation.
- Assist in root cause analysis for deviation during validation. Performed other tasks assigned by the manager.
