Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The SC Modeling Associate Manager will be responsible for supporting and leadicing activities on Inventory Optimization for LATAM/AMESA/APAC/PBNA/PFNA, will help to coordinate a team of data analysts, and inventory planners, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently to build data pipelines into various source systems and enable exploration and access for analytics, visualization and product development efforts across the company.

As a SC Modeling Associate Manager oversees the development and use of data systems, ensuring effective data management, secure procedures, and data analysis. They enforce policies, establish data sharing rules, and troubleshoot data-related issues for organizations, also responsible for development several project, analytics and insights for International markets e.g., warehouse, transportation, fleet and sustainability.

The role holder will also leverage best practice to establish a reusable analytics ecosystem assuring the practice standardization across the Bus (GLOBAL/LATAM/PBNAPFNA)

This is not only a technical role but also needs to have good functional (CPG/Retail) inclinational for better solution design and ultimately developing solutions those are intuitive for end business users.

Your Impact

As SC Associate Manager your scope would consist:

This role will support the GLOBAL, LATAM and PBNA team:

  • Lead a team of Data Engineers, Reporting Analysts, Visualizator Developers and Supply Chain Professionals
  • Ensure delivery of SLAs and KPIs in compliance with agreed upon guidelines
  • Design, develop, maintain and enhance supply chaing service tools
  • Act as IO BY Solution Owner interacting with SP and Demand Planning Teams
  • Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed
  • Manage large and complex data sets assuring short frequency reporting to support decision taken
  • Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives
  • Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains
  • Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed
  • Present performance results in a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to customers to provide business visibility
  • Responsible for adopting best practices around systems integration, security, performance, and data management defined within the organization

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Business Analytics, Applied Math, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering desirable Master degree.

Experience

  • English Fluency required - written and verbal
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical groups including internal SMEs/stakeholders and external partners.
  • +5 Years of Supply Chain Experience in functions as Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Inventory Planning
  • +3 years’ direct experience in data strategy and/or managing data engineer and data analyst
  • +2 years' experience in Programming language such as Python, SQL, Oracle
