Full Job Description
As a Salesforce Lead Business Systems Analyst, you would support our CPQ systems and processes. This role will lead the analysis and design of scalable CPQ solutions, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system testing and quality assurance to ensure robust, error-free implementations.
You should have around 8-10 years of experience and good understanding of QA methodology, processes and associated automated testing tools.
This position is in our Pune, India office and the candidate should be open to work from office as per company policy.
Primary Skills:
- Strong CPQ domain knowledge, with a deep understanding of pricing, quoting, and configuration processes
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for CPQ-related business processes across Sales, Finance, and Product teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define, prioritize, and implement CPQ enhancements and new features
- Support CPQ configuration activities, ensuring alignment with business rules and pricing logic
- Expertise in Functional, Regression, Integration, and Performance Testing
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong ability to trace test cases to business requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Skilled in writing, maintaining, and executing test cases
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle
- Plan, document, and track test results to ensure system functionality is defect-free and aligned with business expectations
- Troubleshoot and resolve production environment issues related to CPQ and connected systems
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide clear and actionable feedback
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system changes, issues, and enhancements that may impact data, workflow, or functionality

- CPQ Certifications
- Experience with CRM and ERP integrations
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Basic SQL skills or experience with data validation.
