Inviting applications for the role of Intune/SCCM Administrator (L3) – Principal Consultant
In this role, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Intune/SCCM Administrator to join our team in a fully remote capacity, through our esteemed partnership with Genpact. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), paired with a proactive mindset and a commitment to excellence. This role is an incredible opportunity for seasoned IT professionals looking to elevate their expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Microsoft Intune Administration: Manage mobile device and application deployment, implement compliance policies, and troubleshoot Intune-related issues.
- SCCM Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of SCCM, including software packaging, patch management, and OS deployment.
- Endpoint Security: Develop and enforce endpoint security policies to ensure compliance with organizational IT standards.
- System Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor server and client environments, generating detailed reports on system health, software distribution, and compliance.
- Automation and Scripting: Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to streamline administrative tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business goals.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Training and Support: Provide technical training and support to end users and junior IT staff as needed.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven experience in managing and administering Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Strong expertise in Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Android and iOS mobile platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and other Microsoft enterprise services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly PowerShell, for automation and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in configuring and managing software deployments, updates, and patch management.
- Knowledge of endpoint security practices, including antivirus and encryption configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT systems administration, with a focus on Intune and SCCM.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in remote work and demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently.
