This role is required to visit outlets as per instructions already provided and to count stocks on shelves and within outlets’ warehouse, as well as obtain accurate purchases of all the brands included in the covered product categories.

Collect periodic market research information in the retail channel (neighborhood stores, minimarket, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) through an electronic device that allows accurate and truthful information to be obtained, complying with the policies and standards of quality required.

Responsibilities

  • Visit points of sales and retail outlets as set on his/her given schedule within defined timelines
  • Collect data/information in compliance with Global and/ or Regional SOP standards
  • Meet operational and quality objectives (KPI) at all times
  • Work towards the timely delivery of data as required and per set deadlines
  • Communicate timely changes of visit plan to QCT Executive or COE
  • Recruit stores and ensure good cooperation with shop staff and owners, so as to maintain panel objectives
  • Work towards continuously building and improving the relationship with the shopkeeper
  • Inform QCT Executive of any potential cooperation issues (ownership change, renovation, refusal of cooperation etc.)
  • Always works with integrity and accuracy on data delivery and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards (Panel Security)
  • Maintain proper administrative records as required
  • Collect data/information as per instructing in our Monthly Auditor's trip instruction (e.q. ad hoc project, initiative moving from cash dealer fee to non-cash dealer fee, etc.)

Qualifications

  • High school graduate and above
  • Work experience in a retail or other market environment
  • High integrity record
  • Familiarity with smart phones and gadgets
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers as well as collecting and reporting information
  • Chinese communication skills (Mandarin/ Cantonese) is a must, Business English will be an advantage
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality
  • Attention to detail and inquiring mind
  • Ability to work under pressure and set timelines
  • Team player with collaborative disposition
  • Flexible and active with high stamina
  • Willingness to travel across cities/country
  • Willing and able to be outside, in all weather conditions, going door-to-door to retail stores.
  • Able to navigate stairs, elevators, walkways and driveways (paved and unpaved) and a wide variety of entrances into retail stores.
  • Willing and able to interact with people for several hours, as needed, regardless of the location or condition of the environment.
  • Willing and able to spend several hours in various lighting conditions including but not limited to low light and fluorescent light and complete work both via paper and/or on a smart phone.

Additional Information

Remote-hybrid based role, must be physically located within Singapore and candidate must be a Country/Region Resident
