The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. Job Description:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze chatbot interaction and user behavior data to identify key trends and business issues
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support product, operations, and engineering teams
  • Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., intent recognition rate, response time, user satisfaction) and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to support business decisions and product improvements
  • Contribute to model evaluation and A/B test analysis, generating insights for continuous system optimization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; majors in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields are preferred
  • Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and team spirit
  • Passion or interest in chatbot products, AI technologies, or natural language processing is a plus
