Job Description

  • Coordinate and deliver training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Support the Director of Talent & Culture in identifying training needs, tracking progress, and enhancing team capabilities in line with brand standards and operational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the property.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality or service-related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and the ability to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for developing people.
