About the job

We are seeking a full time HR Specialist to join in our SE Hong Kong Human Resources team. This role will mainly be responsible for responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition execution and provide support to learning and talent management projects to achieve the teams’ success.

What will you do?

Talent Acquisition

  • Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for both experienced hiring and campus recruitment for both HK operations and Global Hub.
  • Utilize various recruiting channels to proactively source candidates, screen, and interview resumes, assess candidates’ abilities, and background.
  • Assist in on-boarding management, documents preparation, data entry and maintenance of employee data in ATS and CRM system.
  • Work with the team to drive talent diversity and talent acquisition goals.
  • Support other ad hoc talent acquisition, Employer Branding and value-added projects as assigned.

Learning and Development

  • Assist in designing and developing engaging learning activities for employees and preparing learning materials, presentation deck, and other resources
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, room setup, and equipment needs
  • Update and maintain data, analyze data and present information related to L&D activities.
  • Support procurement and payment processes related to HR initiatives
  • Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorm ideas to enhance learning experience and engagement

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Organized, proactive and resourceful, with a strong desire to learn new skills, explore new ideas and contribute to the team's success.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good attitude, and proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in creating visually appealing presentations will be added advantage.
