Amazon Worldwide Operations is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Fleet Repair Strategy to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs within Amazon Logistics. In this role, the individual will need to be able to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders in order to improve vehicle uptime and optimization while eliminating barriers for our internal customers. You will be the program manager leading various initiatives building out products from scratch.

Global Fleet Products (GFP) is responsible for all last mile fleet operations for Amazon Logistics. We are part of the NA Last Mile Fleet Operations in the In Life Services (ILS) team. Our team is responsible for Strategic Products & Programs, including new programs, product integration, DSP accountability, and planning.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
