Job Description
We are seeking a flexible and motivated professional to support the management and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System (LMS). This role is key to ensuring the availability, usability, and quality of training content, while also supporting trainers, logistics, and internal communications.
You will be responsible for LMS maintenance, data quality, KPI tracking, reporting and learner support. Daily tasks include managing enrollments, system updates, and reporting, while collaborating closely with the Iberia team. Full training will be provided by experienced colleagues.
You will be part of a dynamic team working for a premium automotive customer with global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- This person will be responsible for availability, accessibility, attractiveness and actuality of the customer learning management systems, and provide support to learners.
- Ongoing maintenance of the LMS for smooth usage for all users in the Markets.
- Ensure day to day operation of the LMS.
- Lead LMS improvement to provide more convenient or effective system usage, e.g., by exploiting functionalities such as playlists, custom pages, and learning journeys.
- Support and implementation of any changes to training processes or resources as required due to LMS updates or adoption of a new LMS.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date user information within the LMS.
- Using the standard LMS functionality, upload, monitor and maintain all system-supported trainings and their e-learning components.
- Perform all LMS reporting routines, both within the LMS as well as with any current utilised training reporting tool specified by the customer, such as Tableau.
- Perform quality management for the above service packages, including LMS reporting.
- Perform regular quality checks and develop quality improvement action plans to address issues encountered.
- Development of local dashboards and reports (e.g., in Tableau; as an enhancement of existing LMS reporting functionality to monitor specific KPIs).
- Support in all other areas of business.
Working pattern:
- 40 hours / week
- Location: Oeiras (Lisbon area)
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone is a plus).
- Ability to navigate and troubleshoot LMS platforms, ensuring smooth user experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- A customer-centric approach to providing support and guidance to learners and instructors.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and educational trends.
- Open mind to different tasks delivery.
- 3-5 years professional experience in data quality – nice to have.
- Content evaluation of LMS functionalities (improvement potentials, pain points).
- Responsible for tickets to operation with central LMS.
- Maintenance functions (data quality).
- Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.
Language proficiency:
- Must be native speaker (Portuguese).
- Must have business-level skills in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Nice to have basic-level skills in Spanish.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (IT or a related field) or professional equivalent experience.
